This is to Certify, That Emil P. Wessel (815341) Q.M. Sgt. Q.M.C. Alcatraz, Cal., Regular Army, having completed 3 years of Honest and Faithful Service is hereby furloughed to the Regular Army Reserve of the United States by reason of Expiration of Term of Service, per. Cir. No. 77/W.D. 1918 (to resume industrial occupation).

 

 

          Said Emil P. Wessel was born in the state of Iowa. When enlisted he was 22-4 years of age and by occupation a Student. He had Lt. Brown eyes, Dk. Brown hair, ruddy complexionand, and was feet 1 inches in height

 

Given under my hand at Alcatraz, Calif., this 15th day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
