This is to Certify, that by direction of the President and under the provisions of section nine of the act of Congress, approved May eighteen, nineteen hundred and seventeen,
Herman C. Johnson, 2nd Lieut, Infantry, U.S.A., was honorably discharged from the military service in The United States Army at Camp Sherman, Ohio on the twenty-ninth day of January, 1919.
