Clock, Charles Livingston   Enlisted in May, 1861, in Company E, 15th Illinois Infantry, and served some time, when his health being poor, he was discharged for disability, but was soon appointed as forage master of the 4th Division, 16th Army Corps, and afterwards at General Frank P. 09/03/1846-09/27/1937 Enlisted at age 17, on 04/27/1864, in Co. C, 172nd OH Inf. at Gallipolis, OH when Lincoln gave his last "100 days" call. Did not see active service. Stationed at Camp Gallipolis. Listed as a drummer, but "mostly played the fife". Mustered out 09/03/1864 (source: biography) He filed for invalid pension on Aug 23, 1890, certificate #763106.
