JOSEPH PFOHL DIES AT HOME OF NEPHEW
	Joseph Pfohl, 89, died Christmas day of 1925, at the residence of this nephew,
 Peter Pfohl on the Asbury Road.  He came to this country from Alsace Lorraine at the
 age of 5 and lived here all his life.  He operated Paley's Dairy, which later became
 Iowa Dairy (on 22nd Street), and still later was named Meadow Gold Dairy.  He also
 operated and worked as hired hand on farms about Dubuque.
 
	He is survived by one son, Anthony, of this city, one sister, Mrs. Duster of
 Dubuque, two daughters: Mrs. Holloway of Chicago and Mrs. Frank Casterline of Los 
 Angeles.  He son, Frank, died in California in 1910 at age 33 and is buried in Linwood 
 Cemetery aside of his Grandfather, Antoine Pfohl.
 
	The funeral from St. Philomena's (Now Resurrection Parish) to Asbury for burial.
