Hazel Grove Cemetery is in Yellow Spring Township, section 2. Take US 61 North from Mediapolis. Proceed 3 1/2 miles and turn right on H28, proceeding for approximately 1/4 of a mile. You will find the cemetery on the north side of the road. In this cemetery, there are many unmarked graves and broken stones. The cemetery is hard to see from the road.
