C.W. TERRY vs. IDA E. TERRY. Plaintiff is a resident of the town of Weldon, and was married to defendant at Osceola on May 30, l899, and lived with her until June 28, l904. He alleges he has always treated her as a dutiful and loving husband should, but that she in violation of her marriage vows and in disregard of morality, publicly insulted him in the presence of their children by using blasphemous and obscene language to him, would knock her children down and swear at them, and is entirely unfit to have the care and custody of them. That she has accused him in the presence of relatives and friends with being intimate with other women, and such acts have produced great mental strain and suffering, and would if continued greatly endanger and injure his health. He asks for a decree of divorce and the care and custody of their three children, GEORGE I., aged four years, ROY A., aged three years, and CLEO, aged 2 months. A.P. Olsen, Attorney for plaintiff.
