LAURA O. SCHOONOVER vs. FRANK M. SCHOONOVER. Suit is brought for divorce. Plaintiff alleges in her petition that they were married at Lincoln, Neb., about December l5, l892; that she has always conducted herself as a faithful and loving wife. She alleges that the defendant has been guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment as to greatly impair her health and endanger her life. That such treatment consists of starving and neglecting her, striking her and threatening to strike her, cursing her and applying vile epithets to her accusing her with infidelity to her marriage vows. That by such treatment she was compelled to leave plaintiff and return to her home in Leon, Iowa. She asks for decree of divorce, the care, custody and control of their minor children, BLANCHE, ETHEL and MYRTLE SCHOONOVER and that she be restored to the rights and privileges of an unmarried woman, that the costs of this action be taxed to the defendant.
