Thursday, March 19, 1903

The last will of the late GEO. W. TALLMAN provides: That all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid; that the residue and remainder of my estate both real and personal, I devise and bequeath to my wife, HARRIETT TALLMAN, during her natural life; after the death of my wife, HARRIETT TALLMAN, I will devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal, to my daughter, MARY HARMON, during her natural life only, that all residue and remainder of my estate I devise and bequeath to my three grandchildren, MRS. MABEL DYER, HERMAN T. HARMON and LULU HARMON; should any one of my said grandchildren die without issue, said share shall go to the survivor or survivors. I appoint James Grandstaff, of Leon, Iowa, as executor and exonorate him from giving bonds.
