The last will of MRS. NANCY M. JOHNSON has been filed for probate. It is dated August 19, 1902, being witnessed by Emma A. Walters and A. Beatrice Campbell. She directs that all of her property, real and personal, be sold by the executor, and from the proceeds pay $200 each to her children, PARIS F. JOHNSON, ERASTUS O. JOHNSON and MAY BELL JOHNSON, and $200 to her granddaughter, NELLIE MARIE JOHNSON. The balance of her property is bequeathed to her son, RALPH JOHNSON, to be invested and used in educating him, whatever remains to be paid to him when he reaches his majority in May, 1906. She appoints Geo. P. Campbell executor of the will.
