The last will of WILLIAM MOON of Woodland has been filed with Clerk Kehler for probate. It is dated Oct. 22, 1894, being witnessed by George Hinds and Jessie Sinclair. He bequeaths all of his property, real and personal to his wife, SUSANNA MOON during her life time and at her death the property is to be divided as follows: To his son ISAAC MOON 20 acres in Woodland, to his son ABRAHAM MOON 20 acres in Woodland, to his daughter MARY ELLEN BEVANS 20 acres in Woodland, to his daughter JANE TOOD 20 acres in Woodland, to his daughter E.M. SINCLAIR 40 acres in Woodland conditioned on her taking care of her mother during her life. The personal property is to be divided share and share alike by the children. W.C. Cozad is named as executor of the will.
