The undersigned, referees in the case of MARTHA C. FRY vs. ISAIAH FRY, et al., have for sale three hundred and seventy-six acres of land known as the FRY Farm situated near DeKalb, Decatur County, Iowa. More than one hundred acres of it is fine bottom land; there is also on a part of the south side along the railroad a very fine rock quarry and sand bank. There was shipped out of there last year seventy-eight (78) car-loads of sand and one hundred (l00) car-loads of rock. There is a good two story house containing nine large rooms, good barn 34 x 40, fair orchard. Any quantity of water on all parts of the land. Is in fact one of the best farms for all purposes in Decatur County, both for grain and stock. This land can be bought for Forty Dollars per acre. See us and we will show you the land any time.
