MRS. ETHALINDA BELLAMY, vs. NANCY GILBERT, A.J. BELLAMY et al. The plaintiff is the widow of the late J.B. BELLAMY, who died intestate, owning at the time of his death the northeast quarter of section 24, range 26, township 69, the northeast half of the southeast quarter of section 24, township 69, range 24, the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 25, township 66, range 26, and the west half of the northwest quarter of section l9, 69, range 25, all in Decatur County, Iowa, and worth in the aggregate $l6,240, and she asks that her one-third interest be set off so as to include the homestead, and that the other land be partitioned and if it cannot be so divided that it be appraised and the proceeds divided among the heirs. I.N. CLARK, Administrator of the estate of J.B. BELLAMY vs. BEN and HELEN BELLAMY. Suit is brought on a note for $502.l0, dated Sept. l2, l89l, and as the defendants are non-residents of the state an attachment for $l,200 has been issued against the defendants' interest in the estate of J.B. I.N. CLARK has been appointed Administrator of the J.B. BELLAMY estate, and has filed his bond in the sum of $4,000.

To said defendants:

You are hereby notified that on or before the l0th day of August, A.D. l90l, there will be on file in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Decatur County, Iowa, the petition of the plaintiff aforesaid, claiming of you:

That she is the owner of an undivided one-third and that defendants, NANCY GILBERT, BEN BELLAMY, SARAH DAVIS, CATHARINE FROST, IOWA STANLEY, ELLA TRISLER, ELIZABETH KENTNER, FRANCIS D. BELLAMY and A.J. BELLAMY are each entitled to an undivided two-twenty-sevenths of the following real estate to wit:

You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of Decatur County, Iowa the petition of the plaintiff aforesaid, claiming of you the sum of twelve hundred dollars, as money justly due from you and with interest thereon at eight percent.

Being on your one promissory note made payable to J.B. BELLAMY, dated Sept. l2, l8(??) for the sum of $502.l0, with interest at 8 per cent from date, interest payable at maturity of note due March lst, l892, note signed BEN BELLAMY.
