MR. STANLEY had a sale Monday and stock sold very well.

MR. JNO. HENDERSON who had a mill at Boothtown, moved suddenly by the star light last week.

MR. LAM DALE lost l00 hogs in the last month by hog cholera, half of them being large ones.

A young man, nephew of MR. MULHOLLAND, died in Pleasanton on the day of the election, aged l7 years. He was supposed to have been hurt at playing football.

MALEY PIERCY had a sale Saturday. He gave the young folks an oyster supper the next Monday evening. He will leave for Nebraska Thursday.

The meetings at Riverview closed Saturday and three more converts were baptized. The preachers went to Freedom Church to commence a meeting.
