divided as follows: to dau Ella Wade my residence in Woodward -
Lots 4 & 5, Block 1, South Woodward. To grandon Miles A
Miller, $500. Remaining to be divided among my eight other
children: Jason B Wade, Alfred B Wade, William M Wade,

Philip Wagner. To my son John Wagner, $2000. after my decease
my wifes decease my two sons Philip & John Wagner to pay
to John Craft, son of my dau Catherine Wagner, $100. After
the decease of my brother-in-law Henry Fox, now living with
my son John Wagner, my son Philip to pay $400 to my son John.
