Know ye, That Francis M. Landon a Private of Captain Jacob C. Dick's Company, ("C"), 86 Regiment of Indiana Vols VOLUNTEERS, who was enrolled on the 13 day ofAugust one thousand eight hundred and Sixty two to serve Three years, or during the war, is hereby Discharged from the service of the United States, this 30th day of May 1865, at Nashville Tenn in by reason of accordance with instructions from War Dept dated May 3/65.

[No objection to his being re-enlisted is known to exist.)

Said Francis M. Landon was born in Warren in the State of Indiana, is 19 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches high, light complexion, Grey eyes, Light hair and by occupation when enrolled a Farmer.

Given at Nashville, Tenn. , this 30th day of May 1865.
