1903 - St. Olaf Farmers' Telephone Co. - 1903

A meeting of members of the Farmers' Telephone Co. was held at St. Olaf Saturday afternoon. Following officers were re-elected for the ensuing year:
Pres.- K. K. Sterns
V. Pres.- A. L. Peterson
Sec.- Otto O. Johnson
Treas.- John Johnson
Director- Seth Clark

There were three companies represented and considerable sentiment was developed in favor of incorporation into one company. An effort is being made to put in a line down the Postville road into Elkader and a large majority of the members favored coming into the county seat.
