Carrie Emma Jennings was born March 8, 1866 in Clayton co. Iowa. She removed to Rawlins co. Kansas with her parents in 1880. She married Jack Reilly February 2, 1883. She died March 30, 1951.

Carrie wrote a journal about her life, the Jennings family and Reilly. After her death, her daughter Winifred finished the journal.

Jennie Jennings was born January 30, 1886 in Clayton co. and died June 20, 1908 in Clayton co. She married  George W. Hansel  July 04, 1905 in Clayton co. He was born October 15, 1881 in Clayton co. and died April 22, 1937 in Clayton co.

Their children:
Elva born July 13,1906 and died Aug 15, 1980 in Dyersville, Iowa. Russell born Oct 4,1907 and died Dec 14, 1972 in Appleton, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

Laura M. Jennings Corson

Laura Matilda Jennings was born 11/03/1887. She died 7/27/1971. She married Thurman Franklin Corson on March 9,1915.  At left is their wedding photo. He was born 3/2/1882, and died 1/15/1940. They were the parents of 8 children.

Earl Jennings, born March 4,1891; died March 18,1924. He was married Jan 29,1913 to Gertrude Lucreta Hansel. She was born June 26,1889 & died Sept. 1, 1972.

Gertrude remarried after Earl's death to Wilbur Hyde on November 18,1933.

Earl and Gertrude are buried at Mt Harmony Cemetery.

Arthur Guy Jennings - son of Edwin Jennings and Malinda Harbaugh Jennings, was born August 27,1899 in Elkport, Iowa. He graduated from Elkport High School in May 1917. He married Marie Lizzie Thien in 1919. They had 3 children: Walter Russell, 1920-1954; Clyde Edwin, (private), and Inez Mae, 1929-2002. Arthur died in 1970 and Marie died in 1991.

Edwin Jennings raised his family on the farm, as did Arthur & Marie Jennings. Clyde and Helen Walters Jennings bought the farm in March 1969 having rented until then.

Elva Hansel, born July 13,1906 and died Aug 15, 1980 in Dyersville, Iowa. Russell Hansel, born Oct 4,1907 and died Dec 14, 1972 in Appleton, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

Raymond Franklin Corson

Raymond F. was born August 31,1915 at Littleport & died Feb 24,1979 in Durham, Durham county, North Carolina.

Melvin Jennings Corson

Melvin J. was born Oct 23,1916 at Littleport & died January 15, 2002 at Racine, Racine co. Wisconsin.

Ruth Arlene Courson Tuecke

Ruth Arlene was born January 23, 1918 at Littleport. She died January 16, 2016.
