Last Will and Testament of Rufus R. Booth
I, Rufus R. Booth, resident of Tilden Township, Cherokee County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby revoke all other wills that I have made, and do now make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, as follows:

First. I will and direct that all my just debts and funeral exponses be first paid out of my estate.

Second. I give and bequeath to my brother, Harvey L. Booth, the sum of two hundred dollars.

Third. I will and bequeath to my niece, Ethel Booth Waller, the sum of three hundred dollars, the same to go to her children in case of her death before the distribution under this will.

Fourth. I give and bequeath to my nephew, Rufus R. Booth, the sum of one hundred dollars.

Fifth. If it should be that my estate would not be sufficient to pay the above bequests in full, after the debts and funeral expenses are paid, then the above bequests to my brother Harvey L. Booth, to my niece Ethel Booth Waller and to my nephew Rufus R. Booth be paid proportionately on each.

Sixth. All the residue and reminder of my estate, after the above bequests have been paid in full, I give and bequeath in equal portions to my brother, Owen K. Booth and my sister Nancy N. Lyons, share and share alike.

Seventh. I hereby nominate my friend, Lewis Heaton, as executor of this will, and authorize him to convert all my property into money and to pay the above bequests and the debts, expenses and costs of my estate without unnecessary delay and expense.

Witness my hand this 6th day of May, 1914.
