Will of John Sturdevant
1866

John Sturdevant of Boone County, Iowa, October 1st, 1866, gives to wife Mary Sturdevant all his Real Estate and Personal property.

To daughter Rebecca Payne 20 acres of land after the death of her mother Mary Sturdevant and to the heirs of his daughter Dorey Cagle (Deceased) 420 as their portion.

At the death of wife Mary the rest to be divided among his heirs: Barney Sturdevant, Elizabeth Jenkins, Malinda Payne, H. C. Sturdevant, Dea. Cunningham, John J. Sturdevant, Nancy Lucas, and Rebecca Payne.
