Donna Kreitlow, 79, of Sheffield, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Hospice of North Iowa in Mason City. A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 25, at Retz Funeral Home, 203 Maple Street, Sheffield, with Pastor Sandy Gobeli presiding. Internment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Sheffield.

Donna Lee Kreitlow was born April 13, 1940, at Latimer, Iowa, a daughter of Henry and Louise (Koenen) Oltmann. She graduated in 1958 from Sheffield – Chapin High School. After graduating she began working for Martinson Manufacturing Co. in Sheffield. After 28 years with Martinson’s she worked at Winnebago in Hampton until 1993. She moved to Missouri with her husband in 1993 and worked for Hagale Industries and Omni Corp until retiring in 2009.

Donna was united in marriage with Robert Campbell in 1961. To this marriage a son, Delmar Dean Campbell was born in 1962. This marriage was dissolved in 1967. In December 1972 Donna married her husband of 46 years, Duane Lee Kreitlow. They moved back to Sheffield in the fall of 2018 to be closer to family.

Throughout the years, Donna enjoyed bowling, fishing, camping, playing cards and attending shows in Branson, Missouri.

Donna is survived by her husband, Duane; brothers-in-law: Dennis (Jan) Kreitlow, Dows; Dean (Vicki) Kreitlow, Papillion, NE; Larry Davidson, Lake Montezuma, AZ, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are her parents, her son Delmar, sisters: Viola (Kenneth) Kappen; Irene (Bob) Matthews; sisters-in-law: Ione Oltmann, Karen Kreitlow and Carol Davidson.
