Luella Jorgine (Mandsager) Hampton, age 92 of Crystal, [Minnesota] died November 26 surrounded by family and strong in her Christian faith. Born in Thor, Iowa she served steadfastly as a teacher, pastor's wife, and mother. Preceded in death by husband of 59 years, Andrew Wm. Hampton, parents Ole and Lillie Mandsager, and sister Geraldine. Survived by children Laura Hampton (Chuck Beile), Karin Hampton (Steve Jarzyna), Lon Hampton (Laura Sternweis), and Maree Hampton (Corey Brinkema), seven grandchildren, and four siblings. A celebration of her life will be held at Valley of Peace Lutheran church December 1st at 2 PM, 4735 Bassett Creek Dr., Golden Valley, 55422, visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Washburn McReavy Glen Haven Chapel.
