17 December 2008SIOUX CITY -- Ralph Steve Ferdig Jr., 4-month old son of Patty Williams and Ralph S. Ferdig Sr. of Sioux City, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008, at Children's Hospital in Omaha.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Larkin Northside Chapel, Christy-Smith Funeral Home, with the Rev. Michael Ring officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home.
Ralph was born July 23, 2008, in Sioux City.
He is survived by his parents; sisters and brother, Marie, Chrystal, Tina and Timothy; his grandparents, Charles and Phyllis Williams of Sioux City and Norma Clinkenbeard of Sioux City; a niece and two nephews, Alexa, Brett and Anthony; several aunts, uncles and cousins; his special cousin, J.D. Ferdig; and little man's special grandma, Penny Garcia.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Clifford Clinkenbeard Sr.; great-grandparents, Elmer and Evelyn Williams and Robert and Fannie Bowden.
Pallbearers will be J.D. Ferdig, Katie Ferdig, Jaison Clinkenbeard and Cheyenne Olson. Honorary pallbearers will be Milton VanCleave, Larry Ferdig and J.R. Clinkenbeard.
