28 November 1997Jillian M. Beacom, 14, of Sioux City died Monday, November 24, 1997 near Pickstown, South Dakota of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, with the Rev. Joseph Dillinger officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. today with a parish vigil service at 7 p.m. at Larkin Northside Funeral Home.
Jillian was born February 14, 1983 in Sioux City. She was a freshman at West High School.
She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
Survivors include her father, James G. Beacom of McCook Lake, her mother, Kathy (Bernard) Beacom of Sioux City; two brothers, James and Jason, both of Sioux City; her maternal grandmother, Pat Bernard of Akron, Iowa; a nephew and several aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Phillip Bernard and her paternal grandparents, Henry and Ruby Beacom.
Pallbearers will be Henry, Mark and Bob Beacom, Paul Bernard, Jim Braun and Bill Campbell.
