Mrs. Elizabeth Everson 1854 - 1939

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Everson, 85, longtime resident of Sioux City who died Thursday in her home, 4201 Forty Fifth, after a month’s illness, will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Nelson-Berger Funeral Home. Rev. J.W. Carlson will officiate and burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.

Mrs. Everson was born in Norway, January 21, 1854. She came to America at an early age. Her husband, Ole Everson, died December 27, 1935. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews. A niece Mrs. Emma Bare made her home with Mrs. Everson.
