Funeral services for William R. Challman, 76, who died Thursday evening at his home, 2132 McDonald Street, were held this afternoon at W. Harry Christy’s funeral home in Morningside. Rev. Harry Clarke, pastor of the Billy Sunday tabernacle, officiated. Burial was in Graceland Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jack Hudspeth, D. W. Thompson, Virgil Mosier, Dr. C.R. Watson, Porter S. Beggs and C. B. Randall.
