12 November 1942Edward Wall, about 50, former Sioux City barber, died Monday night at Magnolia, Minnesota.
A veteran of the First World War, Mr. Wall enlisted here in June 1916, with company H. Second infantry, Iowa National Guard and was in the Mexican border service at Brownsville, Texas.
The following year he was stationed at Deming, N.M. when the unit was reorganized into Company B of the 126th machine gun battalion and he later served overseas when the battalion was sent to France.
