Julie Ann Howes, 35, of Sioux City passed away suddenly Monday, Dec. 4, 2006, at a Sioux City hospital from heart failure.

Services will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home.

Julie was born Dec. 30, 1970, at Pender Hospital in Pender, Neb., to Albert and Shirley Howard. She lived her entire life in the Sioux City area. She graduated from South Sioux City High School.

She married Lloyd Howes in Jefferson, S.D., in 1995.

She is survived by her father, Albert Howard Jr. of Sioux City; and a brother, Russell Rodman of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley L. Hopkins; and grandparents, Julie Helrick and Claire Thompson.
