MRS. MAY THOMPSON

Mrs. May Agnes Thompson, 65, a resident of Hornick for the last four years, and a former Mapleton resident, died Friday at a Sioux City hospital, after a long Illinois.

Mrs. Thompson was born Sept. 30, 1889, near Hornick.

She was a member of the Hornick Methodist church and a member of the P E.O. chapter and the Order Eastern Star at Mapleton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Thompson.

Survivors are two sons, Jack, of Grand Junction, Iowa, and Donald W of Sioux City, three brothers, O. G Prichard of Des Moines, C. H Prichard of Seattle and Ralph C Prichard of Sioux City, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Hornick Methodist church. Rev Forest Clark officiated. Burial was in the Willow township cemetery near Holly Springs.
