Hesper fair grounds

A friend and I who both have the hobby of metal detecting have been looking into the "Agricultural Society of Winneshiek Co" and the fair grounds and buildings it had near Hesper. I'm thinking of C B Pike or B J Taber on the north and east side of town might be the best option as they were officer and director for a time.

The news accounts show it went from 1871 or 72 to 1880 when it merged with the county fair in Decorah.

You'd think somewhere there would be something like, the fair some direction from town, but no.
