Eddie Norgaard, son of O. N. Norgaard, died Thursday last at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. Nels Norgaard, near Nordness. The deceased was employed in a bank at Kenmare, N. D., when he became ill and went to Colorado where the past four years have been spent. He returned to this county last June. Mr. Norgaard was a young man of splendid talents and his death is a bereavement that is keenly felt by his relatives and numerous friends. The funeral was held Monday last, Rev. Paul Koren officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in the Washington Prairie Lutheran Cemetery shows his name as Kristian Edward Nordgaard. He was born May 1889 and died Oct. 30 1913.
