Mr. Lars Jammerdahl, one of the well known pioneer residents of Pleasant township, passed away at his home on Friday morning, from dropsy. For three months past he had been ill, and since the first of the year confined to his bed. He was 75 years of age, was born in Norway, and leaves a wife, three boys and seven girls to mourn the loss of a kindly and affectionate husband and father. The funeral services were held on Monday, from the United Lutheran Church, Rev. Otto Schmidt officiating, with interment in the Norwegian cemetery.
