Last Wednesday occurred the death of Mrs. Frank Neuzil at her home four miles south of here. The funeral services were held at the St. Wenceslaus church last Friday at 10 o’clock a. m. A large number of people attended to pay their tribute of respect to the dead. The deceased was a devout Catholic and a patient sufferer through her long illness. Although in poor health for the last two or three {y}ears, she attended to all her duties as a member of several church societies. She leaves to mourn her untimely death a husband, three daughters and a son. Her eldest daughter recently joined the order of Sisters of Mercy and is now at the convent in Chicago, the younger children still in need of mother’s loving care. Besides her husband and children, she leaves a father, two sisters and four brothers to mourn her loss. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to the bereaved ones in their sorrow.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Zofie “Sophia Sophi”. She was born April 9, 1870 and died December 10, 1907
