Andrew Quinnell, a former resident of Hesper, who was visiting at Spring Grove with his mother, Mrs. B. A. Quinnell, died last week and the remains were brought to Hesper on the 10th for interment. As the Lutheran church is being painted, the services were held in the Friends church, Rev. T. S. Reque of Spring Grove officiating, assisted by Rev. W. A. Rasmussen of Mabel, who gave a short address in English. Mr. Quinnell had a wife and children in the west, who with the mother and sisters have the sympathy of this entire community.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows his name as Anders and that he was born May 2, 1876 and died Oct. 7, 1907. He is buried in the Hesper Lutheran Cemetery.
