HYMENEAL.
And to Satisfy the belief of many that good, as well as bad, events occur in cycles of three, the home of Prof. and Mrs. A. M. Rovelstad was the scene of a pretty wedding last evening at six-thirty when Mrs. Rovelstad’s brother Casper Wollan and Miss Rosetta Olson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. K. Olson, former Decorians, but now of Waterloo, were united in marriage by Rev. I. B. Torrison. The bridal chorus from Lohengrin was played by Prof. C. A. Sperati. The wedding is the culmination of associations in educational work at Albert Lea Academy, where both bride and groom are engaged as teachers. Miss Olson has been at the head of the musical department of the school and Mr. Wollan is a teacher of mathematics and history. He is also cashier of the academy. The ability that was evidence during the years that the bride was a resident of Decorah has been developed worthily and she has won honors both as a concert pianist and instructor. The groom is another who has joined the constantly growing throng that by their work in post graduate life are proving the worth of Luther College as an educational institution. Beside a few intimate friends there were present at the wedding Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Wollan, Arnold and the Misses Clara and Pernille Wollan of Glenwood, Minn., and Winfred Wollan of Veblen, S. D., and the bride’s parents.
