Mrs. Mary Hypes died last Saturday at the residence of her son-in-law, Charles Fleager, and was buried on Sunday. She had a stroke of paralysis Friday that speedily proved fatal. Her age was 71 years, 9 months and 13 days. She was born in 1814 in Virginia. She belonged to the Christian Church, having been a church member for over 50 years.
