Mary Etta Skellinger Bailey was married to my dad's uncle, Charles A. Bailey-son of John Howard and Amanda Tull Bailey. Mary Etta was born in 1868 and a Root's Web entry lists death in 1899. I am helping a relative try to find her date, place and cause of death and place of burial. Any help greatly appreciated. Place of death-most likely Ottumwa.
