Better late than never. I stepped away from this for a number of years, obviously. She is listed with her husband, Samuel Marks, and children on the 1860 census. Her husband remarried, Martha Baker, in 1865 and they are on the Motrose, Lee Co, Iowa 1870 census. Sarah must have passed between 1860-1865.
