Lee J. Parmelee

Lee J. Parmelee, 85, of Los Angele, Ca. died May 9,, 1993 in a Santa Monica, Ca., hospital.

He was born August 28, 1907, in Des Moines. He married Verda Whitcanack of Van Buren County, June 29, 1937, in Pasadena, CA. he was a Certified Public Accountant and lived most of his life in California. he was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his wife, Verda of Los Angeles, a daughter, Cheryl Parmelee, San Francisco and a son, Ronald, Austin, TX. A sister, Muriel and a brother, James preceded him in death.

Graveside services and interment of cremains will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 1993 in the Lebanon Cemetery, Rev. Kim Eanes officiating.

Arrangements are in charge of Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua.
