Mrs. Hopkins died Thursday morning last, at the residence of her brother B. F. Pearson of Keosauqua. She was about 70 years of age and her disease was an internal cancer, from which she suffered dreadfully during the last few months of her life. She was buried at 2 o’clock on Wednesday.
