JACK FOLKER

Jack Folker, 53, of Omaha, Nebraska died Monday, November 22 of a heart attack.

He was born April 8, 1929 at Farmington, to Carl and Twila Hufford Folker.

He is survived by his wife, father of Burlington, brother Bob of Las Vegas, Nevada, and an aunt, Mrs. Arden Gray of Bonaparte.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Lunning Chapel, Burlington, Father Carl levelling officiated. Burial was in Aspen Grove Cemetery. A memorial for the heart fund has been established.
