RONALD D. FINDLAY

Ronald D. Findlay, son of Claude and Ella Mae Laughlin Findlay, was born April 23, 1958, near Albia, Iowa, and departed this life Sunday, September 5, 1982, at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua, at the age of 24.

He lived with his parents in the Blakesburg and Douds communities and had resided at the Van Buren County Care Facility near Keosauqua since 1977.

Surviving are three brothers, Earl of Bangor, Wisconsin, Clifford of Moline, Illinois, and Hugh of Fairfield and two sisters, Irene Nelson of Douds.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 8, at 11 a.m. at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds with Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Interment was in Mount Moriah Cemetery north of Douds.
