Services for Kenneth M. Roberts, 78, 200 N. 28th St., Lot 43, who died early Saturday, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. James Battey officiating. Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience. Memorials have been established to the Iowa Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.

Roberts was born June 16, 1908 in Van Buren County, the son of Elmer and Lottie Morris Roberts. He married NeElma Mills May 6, 1933 in Fairfield. He was a farmer and had worked for Dexter Company for 25 years as a shipping clerk. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Bonaparte.

Surviving are his wife; a son, Lee of Galesburg, Ill.; two daughters, Neva North of Bonaparte, Dorothy Hendricks of Mesa, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, two sisters, Ruby Peterson, Velda Marshall, both of Bonaparte. Two daughters and two sisters preceded him in death.
