Milton W. Schuck

Milton W. Schuck, 83, died at 4:40 a.m. June 12, 1922, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.

He was born July 29, 1908, in Milan, Ill., to William F. and Carrie E. Baker Schuck. He married Winifred Morris on Sept. 27, 1930, in Memphis, Mo.; she died June 11, 1984.

For the past 46 years, he lived in Jefferson County, where he was self-employed as a carpenter and farmer. He also had worked at Parsons College. He previously lived in Waterloo, where he worked at Black Hawk County Home.

He is survived by two daughters, Marilyn Burke of Fairfield and Beverly Broussard of Maurice, La.; a son, John Schuck of Stockport; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and three sisters, Myrtle Speagh, Eleanor Koontz and Mary Marquette of Memphis, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his wife and a sister, Margaret.

The services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 15, 1992, at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, the Rev. Sara Malone officiating. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery in Milton.

Memorials may be made to Parkview Care Center activity fund.
