Roulette Hagler

Funeral services for Roulette (R.G.) Hagler, 75, were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Milton United Methodist Church with Rev. Herbert Phillips officiating. Interment was in the Sunnyside cemetery.

He was born Nov. 26, 1894, the son of David and Emma Smith Hagler. He was married to Esther Slonaker on June 15, 1919. She died Nov. 22 1960.

He was a member of the Milton United Methodist Church and the American Legion, having served over seas in World War 1.

His early married years were spent farming until moving to Milton 20 some years ago, where he built a shop, doing welding and repair work.

Casket bearers were Claude Fuller, Lee Cundiff, Jim Andrews, William Strait, Bonar Bell, and Neil Kingsinger. Arrangements were by the Wellborn Funeral Home.
