VERA CARR

Vera Carr, born Dec. 3, 1901 passed away at the hospital in Marceline, Mo. at 11:00 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20th. She was the daughter of P.O. and Addie Pruden Peel and married to Warren Carr in 1920.

They spent much of their married life in the Milton community moving in later years to a farm at Clarence, Mo. and later retiring from the farm to make their home in Macon, Mo.

She is survived by her husband, two sons, Junior and Dale and their families, all of the Macon, Mo. area. She was one of a family of seven children, and of those surviving are brothers, Loren of Cantril, Leo of Fayetteville, Ark., and a sister, Mabel Hershey of Troy.

Funeral services and burial were at Macon, Mo. at 2:30 on Wednesday, afternoon, November 22, 1978.
