George Wandel

George Wandel, 68, died about 8:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4 at his home in Milton. He had been in ill health for 1 1/2 years.

He was born Jan. 21, 1902, in Milton, the son of G.S. and Muriel Wandel. He was member of the Christian Church and the Masons.

He is survived by two sisters, Cleo and Elizabeth Wandel of Milton; and a nephew, Jack O'Neal of Chicago. One sister, Pauline Easton, preceded him in death.

The funeral service was held Thursday, Jan. 7 at 2 p.m. at the Milton Christian Church conducted by the Rev. James McKean. Burial was in Sunnyside Cemetery.
