JOSEPH M. PERKINS

Joseph M. Perkins, 53, died Thursday morning, Sept. 22, in the Veterans Administration hospital in Palo Alto, Calif., where he had been a patient for three years. He was a veteran of 20 years in the Air Force.

Born in Bonaparte, March 15, 1913, he was the son of Otto R. and Effie Cox Perkins. He was graduated from the Bonaparte high school, was a member of Bonaparte lodge, AF & AM and of the Presbyterian church in Omaha, Nebraska.

He was married May 25, 1946, to Hannah L. Stacey in Omaha. She survives.

Also surviving are his mother, Mrs. Effie L. Perkins, and one sister, Mrs. Kenneth H. Donnelly, both of Peoria, Illinois. His father preceded him in death.

Funeral services were in Omaha with burial in Hillcrest cemetery there.
