MRS. MARY E. WARNER

Funeral service for Mrs. Mary E. Warner, 83, of Bonaparte was held Monday, Aug. 15, at 2 p.m. in the Bonaparte Methodist church with the Rev. Leroy Moore officiating. Burial was in the Bonaparte cemetery. Miller's Home For Funerals, Farmington, was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Warner died Saturday, Aug. 13, at 12:15 p.m. in the Hainline Nursing Home, Bonaparte, after a lengthy illness.

She was born March 28, 1883 south of Bonaparte, the daughter of George and Margaret McGahey Thompson. She spent her entire life in and near Bonaparte.

On March 27, 1902 in Bonaparte, she married Frank Warner. He died March 13, 1947.

Mrs. Warner was a member of the Bonaparte Methodist church, Magnolia chapter O.E.S. and the P.E.O. in Bonaparte.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. George (Dorothy) Simmons and Mrs. Brown (Helen) Moore, both of Bonaparte, and Mrs. Margaret Ward of Streeter, Ill.; two sons, Kenneth Warner and Ira Warner, both of Bonaparte; 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren. She was the last of family preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son Earl, three brothers, one sister and two half-sisters.
