MRS. GERTRUDE LOGAN

Mrs. Gertrude Logan, 92, died Aug. 11, 1966 in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Grace Struve at Clinton, Iowa. Funeral services were held Saturday, Aug. 13, at 11 a.m. in the Hillsboro Baptist church with the Rev. W. David Diercks officiating. Burial was in the Sharon Cemetery near Hillsboro.

Mrs. Logan was born Jan. 14, 1874, in Hillsboro, Iowa, the daughter of John and Grace Piersel Moxley. She was married Feb. 2, 1899, to Harry C. Logan, at Hillsboro. She was a member of the Hillsboro Baptist Church, and the Royal Neighbors of America.

Surviving Mrs. Logan are three sons, Floyd C., of Skokie, Ill., Hugh R. of Hillsboro, and John A. of Rahway, New Jersey. Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Mae) Decker of Stockport and Mrs. Virtus H. (Grace) Struve of Clington; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Preceding Mrs. Logan in death were her husband, parents, seven brothers and five sisters.
