Rites For Ollie Cupp

Ollie Cupp, 85, 105 N. Sixth, died Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient since March 6.

The service was today at 2 p.m. at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Dorman officiating. Interment was in the Miller Chapel Cemetery. The family received friends at the funeral home Monday evening.

Mrs. Cupp was born March 11, 1893 in Illinois, the daughter of Thomas and Emma Wells Hartnell. She was married to Ernest Dammerman in 1915. He died in June, 1935. She was married to George Cupp on June 20, 1947. He died in July 13, 1974.

Mrs. Cupp moved to Fairfield in January of 1947. She was a member of First Christian Church.

She is survived by one son, Morris Dammerman of Grand Mound, Iowa; three step-children, Letha Nelson of Fairfield, Glen Cupp of Keota and Lester Cupp of Fairfield; eight grandchildren; 11 stepgrandchildren; over 100 great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, one sister and two grandchildren.

Cupp Services Held Tuesday

Services for Ollie Cupp, 85, were held Tuesday at the Raymond Funeral home and burial was in Miller Chapel Cemetery.
